Our cut and bend factory specializes in the production of rebar elements through a mechanical cutting and bending process. Additionally, we can provide threaded and coupled bars. Our factory can produce elements of various shapes, as designed by building reinforcement designers, with bar diameters ranging from 8 mm to 40 mm in all steel grades. We ensure high accuracy and repeatability in producing these shapes. Currently, our factory has an initial capacity to produce 8000 tons per month of cut and bend material. With our modern equipment and professional production team, we are committed to providing a high level of service and quality.
Our production process is managed by advanced, professional computer software. All machines are equipped with electronic software modules that are integrated with the mainframe. The software oversees the production process from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of finished goods to the construction site, ensuring traceability of the final products.
Benefits of Cut & Bend
The benefits associated with using our services include: no wastage, no need for stock on site (resulting in a clean site), no requirement for storage space for steel, elimination of rust-related problems, no need for tables and sheds for cutting and bending, no cutting and bending machinery necessary on site, savings on electric power, minimal exposure to humans on site, no hidden financial costs, no extra manpower needed for cutting and bending (leading to savings on labor expenses), engineering support, guaranteed quality of steel, delivery of any quantity to site when needed, high speed and accuracy, and preparation of shop drawings and bar bending schedules by us.
Lower Production Cost: The traditional Cut and Bend process, performed on-site, can be time-consuming and costly. By utilizing our service, processing costs can be reduced by approximately 20-30% of the steel value, depending on the construction type and diameter mix. Additionally, shorter construction time leads to lower indirect costs.
Zero waste: Typically, there is a certain amount of waste (around 5-10%, with an estimated mean value of 7%). With our Cut & Bend system, customers only pay for the theoretical blueprint weight, eliminating costs associated with waste, processing, and freight.
Lower financial cost: In traditional practices, bars are stored before use, adding procurement and processing time on site. In contrast, purchasing Cut & Bent materials results in invoicing on the delivery day or two weeks later, compared to the time spent when buying bars at a plant and bending them on site.
